Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a warehouse inventory/stock control professional to maintain accurate stock levels within the Distribution Centre. You will perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and uphold health and safety standards while coordinating with operations to move stock efficiently.

The role requires WMS experience, attention to detail, and strong communication as part of a reliable team committed to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory / stock control.
• Competent in picking and stock handling using MHE.
• WMS experience essential; e-commerce / 3PL preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communicator and reliable team player.
• Health & Safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels within the Distribution Centre, ensuring efficient stock flow and high inventory integrity in line with operational and Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counting, stock checks, and discrepancy investigation.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances and process stock adjustments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
• Work closely with operations to ensure the efficient movement and control of stock.
• Support continuous improvement in inventory processes.
• Ensure all activities meet Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
