Henry Schein UK is seeking an IC Ops Assistant (PM shift, 24hrs) in the Operations – warehouse team at Medcare House, Gillingham. The role covers counting, checking and updating stock data, plus cycle counts and communicating with buyers.
We are looking for reliable team players with basic literacy, numeracy and computer skills, who can work flexibly and support stock integrity in a busy warehouse environment.

Operations IC Team Leader
The position of Inventory Control operative covers all jobs and work in the warehouses relating to the counting, checking and investigating of stock database and integrity; in particular the accurate and timely processing of Cycle counts and follow up communication with buyers and relevant others via the emailing system.
Basic literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills are essential for covering the core duties of the role. Someone with good communication and problem solving skills would be an asset Flexibility, Reliability of working hours and the ability to work overtime when required are essential. The ability to work as part of a team within the IC team. Co-operating with other departments is a necessary requirement for this position.
This position will be working in a warehouse environment, utilising typical warehouse equipment i.e. steps etc. this will also involve lifting.
