Job summary

Henry Schein UK is seeking an IC Ops Assistant (PM shift, 24hrs) in the Operations – warehouse team at Medcare House, Gillingham. The role covers counting, checking and updating stock data, plus cycle counts and communicating with buyers.

We are looking for reliable team players with basic literacy, numeracy and computer skills, who can work flexibly and support stock integrity in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy competencies are essential.
• Good communication and problem solving abilities are assets.
• Ability to work with others in a warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Count, check and investigate stock in the warehouse system.
• Run cycle counts and report variances to buyers and teams.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in line with policy.
• Support with stock rotation and system processing of counts.
• Communicate via email with relevant internal teams as needed.
