Job summary

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated Interventional Spine (IVS) Sales Rep for the UK market. You will engage a wide range of hospital stakeholders to promote innovative capital products and drive growth in your territory, delivering measurable patient and hospital benefits.

You will manage the full sales cycle, forecast performance, and collaborate on pricing and strategy while supporting surgeons, nurses and staff with product knowledge and training.

Qualifications

• Degree in sciences / business based subject or equivalent experience.
• Proven successful sales experience.
• A full valid UK driver's license.
• Experience in medical devices sales would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of NHS or private medical sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate capital sales with hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to grow territory.
• Forecast and track sales progress within the territory.
• Build long-term partnerships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Support clinicians and hospital staff in product usage and implementation.
• Utilize CRM to manage pipeline and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and contract terms.
