Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Radiology Nurse Clinical Lead to head our Interventional Radiology nursing team. You will provide clinical leadership and help manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced interventional setting at Bournemouth.

The role requires an NMC or HCPC registration, and experience in interventional radiology. You will lead workforce planning, ensure safe staffing, and drive quality improvement while delivering

Formación

• Registered Nurse or ODP with leadership qualities.
• Experience in interventional radiology or a similar interventional specialty.
• Strong clinical, organisational and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of safe, patient-centred radiology care in line with Trust values.
• Lead, support and develop a multidisciplinary radiology team.
• Contribute to service delivery, performance management and patient flow.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and transformation within Radiology.
• Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R, health and safety standards and governance requirements.
• Support staff through supervision, appraisal and professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to improve patient pathways.
