Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Lead Radiographer in the safe, effective management of the interventional area.
• Act as a role model, presenting a positive image of self, team and the organisation.
• Deliver and coordinate care through appropriate professional practice and supervision of junior staff.
• Maintain high radiographic standards through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of standards.
• Promote patient safety by proactively managing risk and adhering to health and safety policies.
• Participate in education and training of junior staff.
