Job summary

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, compassionate and highly motivated Intervention Practitioner to join our Inclusion Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Our 360 Inclusion provision is developing around earlier intervention, strong relationships and successful reintegration, helping students to remain connected to school and experience success in mainstream education. Working under the direction of the Assistant SENDCo, you will provide targeted intervention, mentoring and personalised support for students with identified additional needs. You will plan, deliver and evaluate evidence-informed interventions, helping students develop the confidence, resilience, independence and strategies they need to access learning successfully.
