Job summary

New Mills School is seeking a highly motivated Student Engagement Mentor to join our 360 Inclusion Team. You will work directly with young people at risk of repeated suspension, disengagement from education and, in some cases, exclusion, helping them overcome barriers and build a more successful pathway through school and beyond.

The role is grounded in safeguarding, inclusion, and a positive school environment.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, resilient and skilled Student Engagement Mentor to join our 360 Inclusion Team. This is a new and important role for an experienced professional who can make a real difference to some of the students who find successful engagement with school most challenging. You will work directly with young people at risk of repeated suspension, disengagement from education and, in some cases, permanent exclusion, helping them overcome barriers and build a more successful pathway through school and beyond.
