Job summary

Heritage High School is seeking an Intervention Lead to join its dedicated team. The role will manage the Ambition intervention centre daily, support students on the SEND register and with SEMH, and lead sessions such as Lego Therapy, ELSA and social skills interventions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual with experience supporting young people, and ready to contribute to a high-quality, personalised learning experience within a supportive Trust environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with and supporting students and young people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Ambition intervention centre on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead intervention sessions such as Lego Therapy, ELSA and social skills interventions.
• Ensure a wide range of age-appropriate resources to support learning.
