Job summary

Lakeland Dairies is recruiting for an International Supply Chain – Support Coordinator, based in Bromley. The role supports the International Department with administrative, customer service and operational duties to ensure high service levels.

You will contribute to process improvements, generate and maintain reporting, and work with Planning, Commercial and Accounts teams across packaging changes and freight invoicing. This position focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English (C or above) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high numeracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; FMCG/ERP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with international inventory planning and production schedule alignment.
• Analyze and improve processes to reduce costs and enhance reporting.
• Support packaging changes within the change control process.
• Create and maintain departmental master data with commercial teams.
• Process and authorize freight invoices and capture savings.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to align customer expectations.
