Wolviston Management Services Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy logistics team in Billingham, UK. The role supports international operations, coordinating imports and exports while ensuring shipments and customs activities are managed efficiently and compliantly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain or logistics, strong organisational and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP and MS Excel. Immediate start on a temporary ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or import/export coordination.
• Understanding of customs procedures and international shipping.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of customer orders using SAP.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Liaising with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
• Managing import/export customs documentation.
• Supporting compliance with HMRC regulations.
• Monitoring shipping schedules and delivery performance.
• Maintaining accurate logistics and shipment records.
