Job summary

• Knowledge of import/export processes and customs documentation.
• Experience coordinating road, sea or air shipments with freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import/export documentation using SAP and ensure customs compliance.
• Coordinate daily shipments and verify manifests for timely collections.
• Book road, sea and air transport, including heavy/out-of-gauge cargo.
• Manage Dangerous Goods shipments per ADR, IMDG and IATA, liaising with customs teams.
• Audit shipping invoices, investigate errors and drive continuous improvement.
