Job summary

EssenceMediacom in the United Kingdom is seeking an International SEO Account Director to shape and deliver the SEO and GEO strategy for Honda across the EMEA region. This role offers the chance to build a new international search programme from the ground up, establishing best‑in‑class workflows and scalable processes.

As a senior member you will own operational excellence within the team and manage client-facing output, with exposure to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SEO experience including on-site, off-site, and technical SEO for major brands.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience translating SEO strategy to AI-first search environments.
• Familiarity with GA4, Search Console and AI monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence within the SEO team and align with senior stakeholders.
• Lead international SEO strategy development across EMEA for Honda.
• Shape and deliver GEO strategy and build scalable programs.
• Identify growth opportunities and pitch to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Business Directors to integrate AI/search evolution.
