Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm, is seeking a Reward Business Partner to support the International Senior Reward Manager in delivering the international total reward strategy across the Firm. You will work on design, governance and hands-on delivery of annual salary reviews and bonus processes, providing data-driven insights and advisory support to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a reward role, including compensation, benchmarking and annual cycles.
• Strong understanding of total reward frameworks and market benchmarking.
• Experience in project and change management and communication planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Extensive understanding of pay review and bonus processes, end-to-end management.
• Familiarity with reward systems and tools (benchmarking platforms, HRIS, Excel, Power BI, SAP).
• Good understanding of reward regulations and reporting (pay gap reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead international reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes, with governance and execution.
• Manage international benefits programmes with stakeholders for renewals and governance.
• Develop and evolve reward frameworks, including salary structures and incentive design.
• Provide reward analytics and market insights to inform structuring and positioning.
• Support delivery of reward projects with planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise senior leaders on complex reward issues, including hires and promotions.
• Coordinate reward-related communications aligned with firm values and strategy.
• Champion fairness, equity and regulatory compliance across reward activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to modernise reward practices and EVP.
• Support change management for rollout of new initiatives across the firm.
