Nscale, a leading AI infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Manager, Reward Business Partner for its Data Centres division in London. You will shape reward strategy, partner with executive leadership, and drive incentive design to support growth, talent attraction, and performance while ensuring global governance.

You will lead enterprise-wide reward initiatives, including Global Pay Transparency, and build scalable reward solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience partnering with senior leaders on Reward strategy in a high-growth technology environment.
• Deep expertise across compensation, incentives, job architecture, and organisation design.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through data and commercial insight.
• Experience designing Reward strategies that balance business flexibility with enterprise governance.
• Strong market knowledge and analytical capability.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering with senior leaders to align Reward with business strategy.
• Own incentive strategy and pay mix to drive performance and business outcomes.
• Advise on hiring offers, promotions, market positioning, and retention within governance.
• Drive programmes including Global Pay Transparency and future Reward frameworks.
