Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Reward Partner to join our London-based team. You will provide proactive reward partnering, policy interpretation, benchmarking, and job evaluation across the UK, guiding stakeholders to well-reasoned outcomes and delivering end-to-end reward processes.

You will develop reward strategies, prepare detailed analyses, and communicate insights to senior management while supporting system enhancements and benefits initiatives within a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial reward experience or as an HR generalist with strong reward interest.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable business insights.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Experience leading projects and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK-wide reward activities and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
• Manage annual incentive and salary review processes end-to-end.
• Develop reward strategy, policy, and related frameworks.
• Perform robust job evaluation and benchmarking for the UK population.
• Prepare professional documentation and present analyses to senior stakeholders.
