Job summary

The Bicester Collection is seeking a PR & Communications Manager for International Markets to coordinate press, ambassador and influencer activity across its Villages, turning priorities into coordinated visits and partnerships that strengthen destination desirability. Location: London / Bicester Village with high frequency travel to European Villages.

The role hosts visits, manages approvals, budgets and performance reporting, and collaborates with agencies, creators and brand partners to

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating press, influencer or ambassador activity across multiple locations, ideally in luxury, travel or hospitality.
• Able to design complex itineraries and run several high-profile visits at once, with calm, practical judgement when plans change.
• Clear communicator who builds trust with Villages, agencies, creators and brand partners, with cultural sensitivity across MENA, India and European markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of influencer and press visits for the MENA and India markets, building itineraries that serve commercial goals.
• Host press and influencers on site with polished, attentive service to showcase the Villages and generate aligned content.
• Guide media, ambassador and influencer partnerships through required legal, commercial and brand approvals before they go live.
• Manage visit and partnership costs with rigour, tracking commitments, ensuring timely payment and reporting on performance.
