Job summary

The Bicester Collection's central PR Team is seeking a PR & Communications Manager for International Markets to drive press, ambassador and influencer activity across our Villages.

Location: London / Bicester Village with frequent travel to European Villages. This full-time role requires coordinating high-profile visits, managing budgets and ensuring brand standards across MENA, India and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating press, influencer or ambassador activity across multiple locations, ideally in luxury, travel or hospitality.
• Ability to design complex itineraries and manage high-profile visits with composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of influencer and press visits for the MENA and India markets, building itineraries aligned with commercial goals and brand standards.
• Host press and influencers on site with polished service to showcase the Villages and generate shareable content.
• Guide media, ambassador and influencer partnerships through required approvals before going live.
• Manage visit and partnership costs with rigour, track commitments, ensure timely payments and report on performance.
