Michael Page (UK) is offering a Temporary International Payroll Specialist assignment with exposure to multi-country payroll, Workday and CloudPay integrations. You will partner with HR, Finance and Global Mobility to ensure accurate processing and timely year-end activities.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with external payroll providers. French or Spanish language skills are a plus for potential UK/France payroll exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end international payroll experience.
• Experience using Workday and/or CloudPay.
• Experience with reconciliations, statutory deductions, pensions and year-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Able to build relationships with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
• French or Spanish language skills and experience with UK, France, Germany or Canada payrolls would be advantageous.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'International Payroll Specialist' should have:

• Strong end-to-end international payroll experience, ideally across multiple countries.
• Experience using Workday and/or CloudPay advantageous
• Confident managing reconciliations, statutory deductions, pensions and year-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to build strong relationships with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
• French or Spanish language skills and experience with UK, France, Germany or Canada payrolls would be advantageous.

What's on Offer

• Temporary International Payroll Specialist assignment in Tokyo.
• Daily pay of £220 to £250, dependent on the level of experience.
