Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking an International Payroll Specialist in the UK. The role is the sole payroll function within the finance team, handling UK payroll and coordinating several international payrolls while acting as the payroll SME.

The position offers a permanent contract with core responsibilities for reconciliations, reporting and year-end activities, along with a strong focus on stakeholder management and vendor relationships. Hybrid working options after a qualifying period.

Responsibilities

Job description

An International Payroll Specialist is being recruited for a niche business in an interesting sector.

As the International Payroll Specialist, you will be the sole payroll member and be the subject matter expert for payroll !

This is a permanent role and will report into the finance function.

As the International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing a UK monthly payroll
• Co-ordinating several international payrolls including France, Germany, Poland and also some APAC countries
• Building excellent working relationships with external vendors
• Demonstrating excellent internal stakeholder management
• Performing payroll reconciliations
• Producing payroll related reports
• Creating and posting payroll journals
• All year end activities including PSAs and P11ds
• Resolving all payroll related queries
