Michael Page is seeking a Temporary International Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple countries in a hybrid London-based role. You will work with HR, Finance and external payroll providers, using Workday and CloudPay to ensure accurate processing.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, year-end processes, audits, and responding to employee queries while strengthening payroll controls and compliance across international payrolls.

Manage end-to-end international payroll across multiple countries, working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and compliant processing. You'll also use Workday and CloudPay, manage reconciliations, year-end processes and audits, while helping improve payroll controls and procedures.

The London-based role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to work with leading payroll systems including Workday and CloudPay.

• Manage end-to-end international payroll for assigned countries.
• Process and validate payroll data between Workday and CloudPay.

Profile

• Strong end-to-end international payroll experience, ideally across multiple countries.
• Experience using Workday and/or CloudPay advantageous
• Confident managing reconciliations, statutory deductions, pensions and year-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to build strong relationships with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
• French or Spanish language skills and experience with UK, France, Germany or Canada payrolls would be advantageous.

Job Offer

• Temporary International Payroll Specialist assignment in Tokyo.
• Daily pay of £220 to £250, dependent on the level of experience.
