Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator in London to own international shipping and logistics for high-value luxury goods. The role covers movement of goods across customer orders, e-commerce, international sales and events, with a focus on accuracy, security and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end shipments, coordinate for international events, and liaise with couriers and customs agents.

Qualifications

• Experience in international shipping, logistics or customs.
• Experience in high-value environments such as luxury fashion, jewellery or watches is preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international shipments of high-value goods.
• Coordinate logistics for international events, pop-ups, customer requirements and e-commerce.
• Manage customs, import/export requirements, documentation and ATA carnets / temporary exports.
• Liaise with couriers, customs agents and specialist logistics partners.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure secure and compliant movement of valuable products.
• Coordinate international returns and temporary stock movements.
• Act as the central point of contact for international shipping across the business.
• Work closely with Events, E-commerce, Production, Sales and Stock teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping and logistics processes.

International Logistics Coordinator | Luxury / High-Value Goods | Central London | £45k

London | Full-time, office-based | Permanent

A well-established, family-owned luxury brand with years of heritage is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of its international shipping and logistics activity.

This is a newly created role supporting the movement of high-value luxury goods internationally, across customer orders, e-commerce, international sales and events.

With 350+ events taking place each year, including activity across Europe, the Middle East and the USA, this is a varied role where security, accuracy and compliance are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international shipments of high-value goods.
• Coordinate logistics for international events, pop-ups, customer requirements and e-commerce.
• Manage customs, import/export requirements, documentation and ATA carnets / temporary exports.
• Liaise with couriers, customs agents and specialist logistics partners.

About you

We're looking for someone with strong experience in international shipping, logistics or customs, ideally gained within a high-value environment such as luxury fashion, luxury jewellery / watches and fine art.

You’ll need:

• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs and import/export processes.
• Experience with shipping documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working independently.
• Good Excel / Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with international events, temporary exports or carnets would be advantageous.
