Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments and related documentation.
• Check customs entries and maintain logistics records.
• Raise export paperwork including invoices and packing lists.
• Support transport bookings for routine and express deliveries.
• Process deliveries and inter-company shipments using SAP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve shipment queries.
• Create stock reports and logistics data for planning.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and purchase requisitions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics.
