Job summary

Maersk is offering a Customer Experience Apprentice position in the United Kingdom. You will gain hands-on experience while working toward a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification, supported by mentors and colleagues to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours in customer service, logistics and supply chain.

The programme covers end-to-end customer journeys, handling queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and learning end-to-end shipment processes.

Qualifications

• Level 4 English and Maths (Grade C or equivalent) or above.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in customer service, logistics or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to manage customer expectations and maintain documentation.
• Support the Customer Experience team in delivering productivity, accuracy and service to standards.
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork and projects.
• Learn end-to-end shipment processes in line with company procedures.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding changes or exceptions.
• Take ownership of customer queries and support resolution with stakeholders.
• Support eCommerce initiatives and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Develop knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations through practical experience and apprenticeship learning.
