Job summary

Apprentify, a growing logistics technology business in the West Midlands, is recruiting a Sales Apprentice to gain hands-on sales experience while completing a fully funded apprenticeship. You’ll start by handling inbound enquiries and supporting existing customers, building a solid foundation in consultative selling and customer success.

After 12 months, you’ll have the chance to progress into outbound sales, taking ownership of new client acquisition and developing lasting relationships within

• Graduate calibre individual with an interest in sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Understand customer challenges and match to logistics technology solutions.
• Follow up on leads and identify upsell opportunities.
• Support the wider sales team with account management activities.
• Learn the commercial and operational side of the logistics technology sector.
