Job summary

A leading machinery manufacturer is seeking an experienced International Field Service Engineer. This role involves repairing and upgrading packaging machinery, requiring travel of up to 60%. Ideal candidates have experience with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley PLCs, and qualifications as an Electrical/Electronic Engineer. The position is home-based with weekly office attendance when not traveling. Competitive salary up to £55,000 with additional earnings from overtime.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an International Field Service Engineer.
• Experience in food, chemicals or pharmaceutical markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Repair, refurbishment, upgrades of installed machinery.
• Installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Travel up to 60% of the time, usually one-week trips.
