Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Global Engineering Lead to oversee in-country field teams, coordinate installation and commissioning, and ensure alignment with project goals across multiple countries.

Based in a regional location with a flexible travel footprint, you will provide technical and operational leadership, report progress to senior management, and work with partners to deliver complex deployments in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive field engineering experience in complex technical environments (defence, maritime, telecoms, infrastructure).
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across locations or countries.
• Ability to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide global coordination and leadership of in-country field engineering activities.
• Interface between Project Engineering Manager and in-country teams and partners.
• Coordinate activities of in-country field and external engineering partners.
• Ensure designs are field-ready and aligned with deployment realities.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve project delivery.
