Job summary

Fortuna Healthcare, based in North London, seeks an office-based administrator to support its export business. You will work with the Management team to service international sales across markets and product categories, handling existing customers and pursuing new opportunities.

Experience in export sales or admin in healthcare is advantageous; regulatory exporting knowledge is helpful. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and language skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous export sales and/or administrative experience in healthcare would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the regulatory and exporting framework for medical devices sold internationally would be beneficial.
• Self-motivated, able to think strategically and align with international commerce.
• Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
• Knowledge of foreign languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing export customers, mainly international healthcare distributors.
• Develop new export sales opportunities to extend brand awareness internationally.
• Support management to drive the company's international sales strategy and attend exhibitions/visit customers as budget allows.
