Job summary

Fortuna Healthcare is seeking an office-based export administrator to support international sales across multiple markets. Based at the head office in North London, you will work with the management team to drive growth and ensure smooth export operations.

The role focuses on managing existing export customers and developing new opportunities, with potential for a part-time arrangement. Start date is October 2026, with hours 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Export sales and/or administrative experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory/exporting framework for medical devices is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Articulate with ability to build trust with international partners.
• Foreign languages would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day export operations and support international sales.
• Manage existing export customers, mainly international healthcare distributors.
• Develop new export opportunities to extend international brand awareness.
• Collaborate with management to align export activities with budgets.
