Job summary

Fortuna Healthcare, based in North London, is seeking an office-based professional to administer the export business and support international sales across markets. You will work with the Management team to manage customers and expand export opportunities.

The role requires experience in export administration, knowledge of regulatory frameworks for medical devices, and strong communication skills. A part-time option may be considered; start date October 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous export sales and/or administrative experience in healthcare is advantageous.
• Commercial awareness and ability to operate in an evolving international market.
• Knowledge of regulatory/export framework for medical devices is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Languages would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day export operations and support international sales.
• Manage existing export customers and develop new export opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to align export activities with budgets and markets.
• Possible attendance at medical exhibitions and visits to export customers.
