Job summary

The National Theatre is recruiting an International Distribution Officer (NT Live) to join its Digital team in London. You will support global sales and distribution, coordinating content delivery and assets across international territories.

You will build and maintain partner relationships, monitor market activity, and assist in reporting, finance, and marketing processes to ensure smooth screenings and high levels of service for our partners.

Qualifications

• Some experience or demonstrable knowledge of UK or International film sales and distribution.
• Strong attention to detail, including providing accurate reports and information to stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting, pitching and negotiating.
• Good knowledge of theatre or event cinema industries.
• Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Outlook) and demonstrable ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with distribution partners and venues.
• Coordinate delivery of content and assets across international territories.
• Update databases and provide administrative and logistical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor market activity and support marketing and finance processes.
• Ensure screenings run efficiently and partners receive a high level of service.
