Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an internal sales professional for a manufacturing-focused role in Birmingham. You will be the go-to person for quotes, managing customer relationships and coordinating with purchasing and manufacturing, supported by full training.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday 8:00–16:00 with an early finish every Friday; flexible start times and training are provided along with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Manufacturing background.
• Looking for an internal sales role.
• Commutable to Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers and quotes for manufacturing orders.
• Take customer orders including quoting parts.
• Work internally with purchasing and manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
• Office-based Monday-Friday with a 1pm finish on Fridays.
