Job summary

Parkside in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking an Internal Service Sales Developer to join a supportive team. You will handle dozens of daily calls, qualify prospects and work toward revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key tasks include following up inbound leads, emailing and calling potential customers, converting warranty customers to service contracts, and routing opportunities to sales executives for closure. Experience in inside sales and CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excel and Outlook knowledge / experience.
• Planning and organising skills.
• Driven and self-motivated with a desire for continuous personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Close sales and achieve monthly new business targets.
• Proactively gain new accounts, repeat business and generate qualified leads for the team through outgoing sales calls.
• Have successful conversion of warranty customers to have Service Contracts.
• Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Job Description:As an Internal Service Sales Developer, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be making dozens of calls per day, working with potential new customers and existing ones, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
