Job summary

Parkside, based in Sunbury-on-Thames, is seeking an Internal Service Sales Developer to join a supportive and friendly team. You will make dozens of calls per day, qualify prospects, and help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will nurture inbound and outbound leads, convert warranty customers to service contracts, and provide excellent service to both new and existing customers. Salary: £26,000–£30,000 plus £2,500 OTE uncapped; attractive bonus potential and clear progression

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excel and Outlook knowledge / experience.
• Planning and organising skills.
• Driven and self-motivated with a desire for continuous personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Close sales and achieve monthly new business targets
• Proactively gain new accounts, repeat business and generate qualified leads for the team through outgoing sales calls.
• Have successful conversion of warranty customers to have Service Contracts.
• Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Job Description
