Kraft Recruitment is recruiting for an Internal Sales Specialist in the Pools Division, office-based, 37 hours a week. The role handles technical and sales enquiries, quotes, and relationship building with customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have technical skills, a sales mindset, and strong communication, organisational, and negotiation abilities. Exposure to trade shows and seminars is possible, with Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Swimming Pool industry desirable but not essential.
• Technical skills, practical thinking and a strong sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer email and telephone enquiries of a technical and sales nature, promptly and effectively.
• Deal with technical enquiries referred by the Sales Order Processing department.
• Provide quotations where necessary.
• Liaise with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Receive and input telephone and email orders from quotations or technical advice.
• Accompany Divisional Management or colleagues on customer or supplier visits as appropriate.
• Occasional attendance of Trade Shows and Company-led seminars.
• Liaise with Internal & External Sales Executives.
• Promote product initiatives and assist in promoting designated lines.
• Maintain product knowledge to influence and develop sales, upsell products.
• Provide documentation such as product specifications upon request.
• Maintain knowledge of the in-house system for enquiries on delivery and availability.

My client is looking for a Pool Product Specialist to join their busy Pools Division to help deliver further growth. They offer a range of products required to build, refurbish & maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centres. Their ideal candidate will have proven internal sales or technical support experience with electrical or mechanical products.

Internal Sales Specialist role:

Your role will be office based working 37 hours a week within a small and knowledgeable team.

• Handle all customer email and telephone enquiries of a technical and sales nature, promptly and effectively
• Deal with technical enquiries referred by the Sales Order Processing department
• Provide quotations where necessary
