Qualifications

Experience in Sales Support, Account Management or Project Coordination.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain CRM data quality.
Interest in technical products and ability to learn drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming project enquiries and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
Build relationships with new and existing customers through calls and emails.
Research and manage live construction projects and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate project information, forecasts and customer records in CRM.
