Job summary

Yolk Recruitment are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their commercial team in Cardiff.

You will manage incoming project enquiries, qualify opportunities for the sales team and support the commercial team to maximise conversions. The role involves speaking with architects, contractors and business owners, maintaining CRM records and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales Support, Account Management or Project Coordination.
• Confident communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working within manufacturing, engineering or construction environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming project enquiries and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
• Researching and managing live construction projects to progress opportunities in the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining accurate project information, forecasts and CRM records.
• Supporting the commercial team to achieve sales targets through pipeline management.
