Job summary

Marshalls plc is seeking an Internal Sales Developer in Ramsbottom (Hybrid) to quote accurately, manage accounts, and support external sales teams. You will optimise CRM/ERP tools, handle inbound queries, and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment across our Mortars & Screeds division.

The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, efficient processing of quotations, and active participation in improving internal processes with the aim of driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems to manage sales data.
• Ability to produce accurate quotations and manage margins.
• Experience handling high-volume email enquiries with professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver accurate quotations in a timely manner while collaborating with external sales counterparts to manage opportunities and accounts.
• Optimise internal resources such as CRM, AX, and Fast-quote for streamlined account management.
• Prioritise inbound calls, manage email inquiries across channels, and act as first point of contact for customer complaints.
