Job summary

Just Recruitment is supporting a well-established business in Witham to appoint an Internal Sales Administrator. You will focus on managing enquiries, following up quotations, and maintaining accurate CRM records to progress opportunities.

Working with the Internal Sales Executive and external BDMs, you will qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and help convert quotes into orders while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the sales team's success.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer quotations daily and identify opportunities to convert to sales.
• Make outbound calls to prospects from mailshots and website enquiries.
• Qualify leads and progress to quotation stage.
• Log and schedule calls, actions and follow-ups accurately.
• Maintain the CRM with up-to-date customer and sales information.
• Develop an understanding of products, margins and lead times.
