Job summary

Rexel UK in Doncaster is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business by delivering an excellent sales service. You will connect with customers by phone, face-to-face in branch or via email to drive loyalty.

You will be the first point of contact for key accounts, understand client requirements, build rapport and grow your portfolio while supporting the wider branch team on trade counter and warehouse tasks to ensure orders are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to key customers by phone, in-branch or email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts, understand client requirements and grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team at Trade Counter and assist with picking/packing to ensure timely orders.
