You will be the first point of contact for key accounts, understand client requirements, build rapport, and grow your portfolio. A flexible approach and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are essential to thrive in this fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets with excellent sales service.
• Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, in branch, or via email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts; manage a live portfolio and develop profitable new accounts.
• Understand client requirements, build rapport and grow the client portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking/packing to ensure orders are completed on time.
