Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales or customer-facing roles.
• Attention to detail with ability to produce accurate quotations.
• Good IT skills; Sage 200 experience is useful though training will be provided.
• Proactive, positive and organised with willingness to learn technical products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while building new connections.
• Handle enquiries and advise on products, pricing, lead times and stock.
• Prepare accurate quotations and assist with bespoke customer requirements.
• Follow up sales opportunities, negotiate orders and drive growth.
