Job summary

Fintelligent Search is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to generate and qualify lending opportunities in the specialist property sector. You’ll develop relationships with brokers, developers, investors and other property professionals.

You’ll collaborate with Business Development Managers, underwriting and operations, with structured product training and a clear path to progression into Business Development or credit in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or telemarketing within specialist lending is a plus.
• Ability to identify funding opportunities and qualify enquiries.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, email, and social outreach.
• Build relationships with brokers, developers, investors and other property professionals.
• Qualify enquiries and hand over qualified prospects to the Business Development team.
• Manage your sales pipeline to hit lead generation and revenue targets.
