Job summary

Rexel UK LIMITED is seeking an Internal Sales professional for our Preston branch. You will manage an existing customer portfolio and proactively develop new business to meet branch targets, delivering excellent service by phone, in person or via email.

You’ll understand client requirements, build strong relationships and support the wider branch team while handling trade counter duties and order preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role with sales targets.
• Ability to develop new business via face-to-face and phone-based relationships.
• Willingness to work under pressure and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to key customers by phone, in-branch or via email.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts and understand client requirements.
• Build rapport and grow the client portfolio; support wider branch team.
• Assist on the Trade Counter and help with picking/packing in warehouse to ensure on-time orders.
