Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with an established engineering business in Southend-On-Sea, Essex, to appoint an Internal Sales Executive (Electronic Components). Salary £38,000 - £43,000 with bonus potential and opportunities for progression.

You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and build product knowledge to support customers and the sales team, with a view to growing into field sales.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electrical or Electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and responsive service.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's technical products and applications.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Review customer drawings, specifications and product information where required.
• Liaise with engineering and production teams to establish technical feasibility, pricing and lead times.
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure all relevant information is communicated internally.

Are you a technical sales professional, with a knowledge in electrical or electronic components, looking to join an established engineering business where you can develop your knowledge and play a key role in supporting customers and the wider sales team?
