Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Internal Sales Executive – Electrical Products in Dover to grow the sales of cables and accessories. You will handle inbound queries, provide product guidance, and coordinate orders from quotes to delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven sales or account management experience and a technical background in electrical products, with strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must have sales, sales administration or account management experience.
• Must have technical product experience within electrical products/accessories.
• Ideally have experience in administration, producing quotes and processing orders.
• Stable career background, no job hoppers.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Internal sales position selling a range of electrical cables & accessories.
• Dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email providing advice to customers around products.
• Liaise internally & externally to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders.
• Produce quotes for orders and follow up where appropriate.
• Providing excellent customer service to existing customer base.
• Dealing with order values ranging from £10 – £100,000.
