Job summary

SIG Insulation & Drylining is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to support key accounts and develop new business. You will manage existing customers, process orders, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to maximise orders and profitability.

You'll bring internal sales experience, strong communication, good numeracy and IT skills, and a proactive, target-driven approach. The role offers a structured development path and opportunities within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts to maximise sales and profitability.
• Open and develop new accounts with a focus on profitable growth.
• Engage with customers via phone and face-to-face to process orders accurately using our CRM system.
• Provide quotes and maximise add-on sales opportunities.
• Proactively contact lapsed and potential new customers to generate sales.
• Work closely with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support credit control and other internal departments as required.
• Assist on the trade counter when needed.
• Promote the full range of products across the group.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales strategy by managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing:
