Rhodium Consulting is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive in Gateshead for a well-established industrial electrical distributor. You will handle inquiries, quotes and orders, while building strong relationships with an existing customer base to drive sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone, take enquiries and orders plus processing, responding to and chasing quotes and orders
• Assist customers with quotations, product information and pricing queries
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction/loyalty
• Undertake proactive call outs to dormant account holders and seek potential new accounts
