Job summary

Rhodium Consulting Ltd is recruiting for an Internal Sales role in Leeds within a well-established electrical wholesale business.

You will work alongside a supportive team handling orders, quotes, and customer inquiries, while actively developing new business opportunities and supporting the trade counter. A driving licence is preferred and the role includes a bonus scheme and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Electrical Wholesale experience (essential).
• Confident dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
• Good customer service skills.
• The ability to work within a team in a fast paced office environment.
• Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails.
• Raising quotations for customer orders.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities.
• Contacting dormant accounts to renew business.
• Assisting with serving customers on the trade counter.
• Happy to support the Warehouse and occasional deliveries if needed.
