Job summary

Dawsongroup EMC seeks an Internal Sales Executive based in Brighouse to grow our short-term hire business. You will generate leads, qualify opportunities and move conversations into tangible commercial outcomes using our CRM.

Build relationships with prospects, follow up enquiries and coordinate with Sales, Hire Desk and Fleet teams to convert opportunities quickly. Training is provided on municipal, plant and industrial assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or lead generation.
• Confident communicating with customers over the phone.
• Able to meet sales targets while maintaining customer experience.
• Organised to manage multiple opportunities and CRM records.
• Collaborates with Sales and Operations across teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting.
• Use CRM to manage opportunities and maintain records.
• Build relationships with prospects and identify key decision makers.
• Follow up enquiries and campaigns and arrange appointments for the Sales team.
• Work with Sales, Hire Desk and Fleet to convert opportunities into short-term hire business.
